Lean Six Sigma has been present in high schools for the past few years as companies, experts, and school boards have noticed how the inclusion and inculcation of this methodology can lead students to develop fundamental skills like leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making. At Lean Six Sigma Curriculum for Knoxville High School Students of Tennessee, we are delighted to assist all high schools, communities, and educational institutions in the state to include this program in their activities.
As high school students often lack practice in terms of working with companies, operations, data, analysis, and more, they are not usually prepared to take any minor role, and let’s not talk about major ones.

You don’t need to wait until your school tells you if you know about Sigma or are interested in it, as our company also works with individual training and opens its doors to every student interested.
Although it may seem difficult to find Lean 6 Sigma training, our company is right here with the essential options: Yellow Belt and Green Belt Training + Certification.
Information will be provided based on your belt level and the program outline you choose. It doesn’t matter what level you are at; it will still contain the core information and bring you over 90% of the benefits you can obtain with Sigma at any stage in life. The details can be modified based on your goals and projects or, more like, added as we change everything for the better.

What Will Students get from This?
Students and institutions will have to decide whether they want to get the first or more advanced belt, depending on their availability, and from there, we will take over the curriculum of studies.
In this instance, the yellow and green belts are the only ones they have access to for two reasons.
- Black belts are permanent positions and future jobs. To be more specific, opting for this belt requires the individual to have a green belt certification and at least two years of experience working in LSS projects.
- It is important to understand the process fully and to learn valuable skills that will help students meet their individual needs. It isn’t only about memorizing every word of LSS but rather building their strengths and skills to handle it.
Some companies choose to concentrate on the yellow belt because it covers the core and basics of the methodology and we highly recommend it as it is also a prerequisite for opting for the green belt training and certification. Whatever it ends up being, rest assured we offer both since we want every student to be prepared in the level they choose and want to scale to:
- The yellow belt’s goal will be to help them understand their responsibilities and how to manage each task. It’s all about improving their work habits and organizing the important topics that Six Signa covers.
- Our efforts will be focused on the team-based goals of the green belt. Can they work together? Can they work well together? This belt level covers the fundamentals of Sigma and everything they need to manage large-scale projects.
High School Students Get Certification in No Time
They should be eligible for certification if they have completed the training or course. But what if they haven’t received their certificate from another source yet, they received training?
We offer the chance to take the exam to check their knowledge and verify their eligibility for the certificate.
To become certified, a score of at least 290 out of 400 is required in our test, and trained, if taken with us, should be completed based on the outline. We have made it possible that every student can be certified once they have completed training under one of our belts.
LSS certification allows you to work for companies, earn credits towards graduation and make yourself a valuable asset in any career path you choose.
